This taster is a warm-up session where we get our bodies moving through Groove, an easy and free-form style of dance. In this session, we warm up our joints and get our heart rates up by dancing common steps, while each dancer is free to express themselves in their own unique way. The core idea of Groove is that everyone can join in and have fun, because “if you can move, you can groove.” In this way, we thoroughly warm up our bodies and get ready for the workshops
